Hi,
We have a customer with a dozen IPT 1020F-SD handsets on a CTX100 and BIPU which are being transfered to a new site (CIX100 and MIPU).I have tried a couple of these handsets at the new site and they fail to connect. (Newer style IPT's are working fine). My question is will these handsets be compatible with the new CIX and MIPU card with the last available firmware for a IPT10XX? If so does anyone have a copy of that firmware as Tosh in UK say it is an unsupported product.
Cheers
Rich

No, the IPT10xx phones will only work on a BIPU-M. If you want to use the MIPU, then you have to upgrade to IPT20xx or IPT5000 series (r5 required)
Or, put the BIPU back in for the IP phones

Ditto what Voyager said. Time to upgrade or leave it as it was.

Cheers lads I feared as much. We could actually fit the BIPU but I'm not convinced that's the way forward.
