We have a quote from our vendor to install 4 stand alone netphone clients on 4 laptops to be used remotely to take ACD calls. They will not have a physical phone, just the netphone client.
My company would like to talk to someone who is actually using this. Our vendor has never done a stand alone client before.
Does anyone have a customer that would not mind a call from our IS dept to see how they like it?
