Ultimatly I want to change the default prompts and or disable the "press 2 to leave a message " option. better yet just keep going thru the numbers until it finds someone without having the caller dial anything.
I assume I need to edit the TCL file that runs OneNumber Access. I have edited TCL's before to change the subject line of UM notifications to get past Spam filters, but when I open the OneNumber.tcl file it looks like a bunch garbage characters.
