I have CIX 670 with 5.20 MT55 software, PDKU's ans DKT 2020-SD phones that has been in for a year. In the last two weeks the customer says that intermittently as soon as they access their PDN a LOUD high pitched sound comes from their speaker and it can't be stopped until the reset the phone (Unplug/Plug). I thought it could be the old hookswith replacement deal, but it is suddenly 6-8 different phones once or twice a week. The phones are on different PDKU's.Any ideas??

That's an odd problem. Recycle the power on the 670 and see if the problem goes away.

I have seen this a few times. It is a bad ground on the plug you are useing. Break off the ground 3rd plug on the cord and try again
