Whenever we hit the MSG button for a certain extension its dialing another extension instead of 600. How can we change this?

Someone has dialed your extension and hit the MSG button, NOT TO DO.
If you hit the MSG button and they were there to pick up the phone then the MSG would be canceled but Steve's idea is better.
Sometimes you can have a dozen people hit that button after calling you and just drive you crazy. I always delete the permission for people to hit that button and only let the VM turn it on. If you have a tech come out, have her or him restrict the ability to turn on the MSG button to just the VM. Or just get used to Steve's procedure.
I once trained a nursing home staff to turn off about 50 flashing lites that were bugging them on the patient phones, they loved me.
