I am back on again,if there is anybody then can help I would very much appericate it..
I have nearly finished this job never again anyway two problems still exists
I can not get the RBSS card to work its mounted correctly and cabinet is showing its correctly installed in slot 4 only one light is showing on the RBSS card that is FS Frame alignment alarm
Any ideas
The other problem is the voicemail I have setup one mail box on extension 200 for night time but when you ring it says 'Thank you for calling if you know the extension you require etc...The old message is still there I did a reset and the recorded OGM is still there on ext 200
