I have a client with a dk424. The door phone is making a really quiet single tone through the speaker phone instead of the normal door bell sound could this be a bad ddcb1a?

I replaced the ddcb1a and system still responds the same. The doorbell also will not ring other stations I checked program 79 and it is set to ring 6 phones it only rings station 200 with a really low solid beep tone. But you can answer it and talk to the door phone

Try turning off the main cabinet and re-seating the processor.
