Could anyone tell me how I go about turning our Music On Hold volume up? The background music on the phones, figured that out. However, I cannot seem to find a way to turn up the volume for MOH.
One other thing, if I'm not wanting to use MOH, is there a way to get an "On Hold Beep"? Or an "On Hold Tone"? Just thought I'd through that out there...

If you have the MOH connected via a LIU they usually have an adjustment pot.
Otherwise you will need to adjust the PAD levels for MOH as the sender and the type of line for the receiver.

Thanks Carl! I actually just found the setting in the PAD table for MOH. Thanks for your reply!
