For some reason the CTX100 will not allow me to create PhDns. starting at keys menu, trying to create PhDn 500. when i hit submit i get an error:
CTX Error: (0x210f05)0,0,33,205,5

any ideas? what am i doing wrong?

and when i go to the PhDn menu i get the "no record found" then the error: PhDn not in the system is selected.

You have to assign the PHDN to a phones button before it will show up

also, I am using a crossover cable directly to the processor. something tells me the software is corrupt. i think a good ole DK16e might be the ticket.

Extension 500 may be used in the system somewhere else. Check the dialed number plan.

if it was in use it would tell me there was a conflict, however, i also tried random numbers such as 520,300,315,100,120 etc... to no avail it still broadcasts the error message in my first post. although the system is being replaced today, the solution would still be nice to know if someone has the answer.
