I am sorry if i sound really ignorant. The company i work for ( i am a technical person here, handle everything from servers, pcs, printers to phones) has a company greeting, where it goes something like that "Press 1 for Sales, Press 2 for ..., Press 3 for ..., or press 0 for an operator." When 0 is pressed, two extensions will ring. My boss wants me to change those extensions, but for the life of me i can't figure it out. I have network Emanager, and i thought may its under Pickup Group or Multiple Call Group, but it doesn't seem to be there at all. I have access to User 999 and system administration, but i can't find those options there as well. Please help me figure it out, i thank you in advance.

The emanager software does not connect to the voicemail system itself. It will only let you make changes to the rest of the system. The admin mailbox on the voicemail does have a few options, but it is somewhat limited in what it can do.
But I think you may be able to figure this out. I prefer to use multiple call groups, but many installers use Phantom extensions. Look at the 2 phones that are ringing and see if one of their keys has the same PhDN number. Change the key to no ring to see if it changes. calls to option 0 should ring on that key, if it is used as the operator's key.
You just have to be real carefull before you go deleting the phantom. They will likely be assigned an owner, have a VMID, and probabaly has call forwarding set. I would set the 2 phones to nit ring, and add that key to the other phones that need to ring.
