Those are station call forward cancel codes. You must perform those codes from the DN that has the station call forward set.

The codes #6051 and #6053 would be entered from your extension to trun off call forwarding codes.

The codes #6052 and #6054 are codes used to turn off another extension's call forwarding, such as if someone from another extension were to cancel call forarding at your extension.

To enter a code, just select your DN key, also refered to as the Intercom key, and enter the codes, starting with the # key. A confirmation tone will tell you that the code was accepted.

This won't disable System call forwarding to voicemail, if this has been setup. This will cancel call forwarding that was activated by using codes such as #6011. If you have a display, it should show you what type of call forwarding is activated.

From your station you should be using #6051.

From the display it looks like call forwarding is set on an Phantom DN, possibly used as an alternate intercom key. If your phone lable has multiple keys marked as Intercom, then you should try entering entering #6051 from all of your intercom keys.

It is possible that there is some other reason that a Toshoba tech setup call forwarding from one phantom extension to another phantom extension. Since I have no way of knowing how this is being used, just know that removing this call forward may have unexpected results. It may also have been setup for a previous user to call forward when the user is on a call, to a secondary extension.

That being said, you could also try using remote CF cancel, #6052+ 51234+#.

Did you yourself set the call forwarding initially and can't remove it?
