I have a CIX670 to program with a CIX processor Version AR5.20 MT055.00. I noticed Emanager running on my laptop is V - 4.20A06. Is there a newer version of eManager I should be using? If so I could use a copy.

Network EManager 5.20 is the latest version. You may be able to do some things with your version, but may get errors when trying to modify other items.
Also it your version may not know about some cards, like the MIPU, or any programing options added or modified.

It's available to dealers. Contact your dealer and see if they will give you a copy and train you on how to use it.
