DK280 w/stradagy dk voicemail. When you call the mailbox it picks how ever when you call the direct line it rings and doesn't forward. Please advise.

If I remember correctly about the DK280, the line must appear and ring only on a specific extention. If it appears on more than one phone extension, than it will not forward to VM.

The mail box was working till someone (on site admin) had reset it. This user has had this DID for a long time. So I'm thinking that it has something to do with the way the box is built or forwarded.

You need to set the VM ID codes for the extension to forward to the proper VM box: #656, 91, ext #, rdl.

OK I set the vm code, and still the DID will not fwd. I assigned the DID to a phdn on the phone and set the fwd and vm ID codes. And it's still going to the Main Vm greet. So I dialed the ext from the main greet through the DID # and it seemed that the vm was doing a screened xfer for 4 rings then a bling xfer. Then the main greet picked up. I need a Funnel to pour my brains back in my head!

Still haveing trouble with getting this DNIS DID to forward to the phones mailbox. The DNIS is pointed to the PDN. The phone has 3 keys of that PDN on it. Is that the problem? I Programmed a phdn key for that phone, set ringing 71-1,2,3 and *71-1. tested ringing OK Call fwd's but will not go to the greeting of the phones mailbox - it get the main greeting. Am I missing some forwarding?

In program 71-4, put in there the extension number that the DID number targets.
