Got a customer with a dk424 rel. 4.3, they are using acd, they dont want a overflow destination anymore, so callers will sit in queue until answered. Calls are coming in as D.I.D's and ringing straight to acd group 1. I set program 11 code 1 to 3600 (1 hour) set program 14-4 and 14-5 to 301 to loop back into group 1 queue. They just called me and said callers are still hitting the overflow phantoms. I'm looking at programming sheets, could it be program *14-2?, but it looks like I have to enter a port for that program. I know acd is tricky and 1 program change can effect other programs. Long story short, how would I make it so callers in acd queue will sit in queue until answered, with no overflow destination. Thanks in advance for any help.

Prog *14-2 would apply only if you used code 320 or 321 in prog 14-4,5 and 6. What do you have for prog 10-4 LED 4 and prog 14-6?

OK, I went on site this morning and prog 10-4 led 4 is on, and prog 14-6 was set to 302 (acd group 2, billing dept) changed 14-6 to 301 (acd group 1). Got a call 2 hours later that they are still getting calls on the 2 overflow phantoms. Is there any other programs where these phantoms can be hidden as overflow or some other kind of destination ?

In prog 14-5 can't you put data=0 for no overflow point? I would think that would prevent the acd call from overflowing.
