What would explain seemingly random static issues on a DK424? I have not verified if it affects extensions on a particular card or not. This box has a PRI which tests clean. I'm thinking station card.

Try changing the timing source circut number in prog *42. I've had this problem and changing it from slot 25 circut 1 to slot 25 circut 4 took care of the static on intercoms and outside lines.
