We tried to update our community name in our Toshiba Strata CTX100 phone system. Now when I try to connect to it using eManger, I get the following error. "Connection failed! CTX100:ERROR_COULD_NOT_CONNECT_TO_CALL_AGENT" Something has to be wrong with the community name that we setup. I have tried power cycling the phone system, no change. Googling this issue led me to this site. I need to be able to reset or change the community name hopefully without having to setup the phone system from scratch. Anyone able to help me with this?

Try the original community name.
Do you have a backup from before the change?

The original community name does not work. Unfortunately, I do not have a current backup.

Try running NeM recovery, just in case there was a Windows update/.NET/SQL/etc. change that may have taken place between the CN update and the next connection.

Our vendor finally contacted me back. They changed the community name from the default when the system was installed. I will not be back onsite for this client until next week, so I can't check it until then. Hopefully that is the missing piece to this puzzle.
