I've tried setting it to handset using FB06, 1 , HOLD but the light next to FB06 never comes on. I'm trying this on the phone connected to the console.
Please any suggestions you have will be greatly appreciated.

So you want the console phone to be on speaker ???

No it's currently on speaker they would like it on handset.

What model phone are you using? If it's a DP5000 series, make sure the handset cord is plugged into the correct jack and not into the headset jack.

After returning to lunch it is magically working. I kinda suspect it was the cord going from the handset to the phone. It was a little loose. I replaced it just to be sure.
I will update if we have any further issues. Thank you for your help.
