I'm trying to install a Polycom iP6000 Sound Station (SIP) on a CIX100 (5.20 MT055). The Polycom don't register to the phone system. We made test with our CIX200 (5.20 MT042) and it work perfectly. What I would like to know from you guys is that is there a known problem with SIP registration for version MT055. I'm using MIPU with the same firmware version in both system Also I was able to register Media5 phone app of my iPodtouch on the CIX100 HELP! :bang: :confused: Resotel Le meilleur du service et de la technologie

I'm having trouble with an IP6000 too (first one I have had to set up), I have a SIP extension set up that works fine with Media5 but the SoundStation doesn't register.
Of course, I cant find where I'm supposed to input the DN number in the IP6000 either so that could be an issue.
