Hey guys, so Toshiba has been no help, so I figured I'd ask you guys for your thoughts.
I have a client who uses My Phone Manager. She can log into every extension on the system (all use the same password). However, there is one extension, EXT 604 that she cannot log into. When you open My Phone Manger, you put in 604, the password, and try to log in, it acts like it's going to, but then gives an error about wrong user/pass.
I've went in e-manager, changed the password, still does the same thing, can't log into the extension. I've deleted the extension and re-created it, same thing. I've moved the extension to another port, same thing. I rebooted the system, tried again, same issue.
Thoughts?

If you have Stratagy MAS, then MyPhone Manager uses the password from the user's mailbox. If the user does not have a mailbox, then it uses what's in FB47 of prog 200.

checked that issue with the association with the VM password, made it the same as the extensions my phone manager password. Still wouldn't work.

So I ended up going back to the location on another service call, and I used my laptop with MyPhoneManager and was able to log into ext 604 with no problem. However, the computer they had their my phone manager crashed. Their computers are all on a Domain, is this going to screw up an install of My Phone Manager? I haven't installed it on a computer that is attached to a domain.

This could be an issue due to the fact that it will attempt to create a new user. This user is used to authentic access in IIS.
Emanager started rquiring that the PC be off a domain before installing. You may be able to install My Phone Manager while on a domain, but you will definately need local administrative rights to that PC.
