I have a toshiba Strata CIX 670 PBX. I am using emanager (connect via IP) v5.20A11a I am able to connect to PBX but i am not able to retrive or display station settings. I receive error message VBScript: CIX Console - CTX error: ((0x5072ff) Facility=0 Severity=0 Command=312 Error Code=80 Data=255
I am able to view and change system settings such as card Assigments or Numbering Plan. But i cannot add or delete or view edit station assignments.
Has anyone see this error message before? Any help would be appreciated!
I have tried
1) upgrading emanager
2) installing multiple computers
and same problem occurs. Please Help!!

First thing you might want to try is upgrading to the newest version of emanager.
