Sorry for the stupid questions this week. On a CIX40, is there anyway to completely remove the DTMF tone when the customer is dialing? I got it down to a small chirp, but it's still annoying them. Any idea? Also, with 369 programming I removed all of the other beeps when pressing buttons. The only beep left is when dialing an outside phone number.
Thanks again for the help!

In the DKT tab, change continuous DTMF to not continuous.
