Hello, In one of my toshiba phonesets the voice mail is not picking up user selected setup. No matter what the users doing the voice mail is re-directing to company's greeting. I have reset the voice mail and re-created the voicemail box but nothing is working. Anyone knows any work around? Thanks Sn

Do you have a Toshiba DK or CTX/CIX?

The voice mail ID in the station programming is probably not set. But it's a system programming issue so you'll probably want to have a tech come out and set it for you.

Co-worker told me that the voicemail must have redirected to company' general voicemail box, which may be done in the station. Is it possible to redirect voice mail to other extension? Sn

Its working now. My co-worker change the COS id. Looks like we have 5 COS ID. One id was created for the service stations only (conference room, training room, etc). The station that we have assign to the new users have COS ID of the service station. After changing it, it is working fine now. Sn
