You just need the line number, which you should be able to see in emanager.
Afirm, in eManager under the Basic tab it says "Line No. 1".

I have three slots ahead of the RCOU3 card and they are populated with BWDU1's. That would be 16*3=48 + 1 for a dialing code of #7049, correct?

Alas, I get a fast busy after dialing [Intercom] #7.

Have you checked your flexible access codes to see if anything has been changed?

No, the other cards are not line cards. Since emanager says that it line number 1, use the code #7001.

Getting a fast busy right away means that the code has changed (someone sure likes to change default codes) or the COS does not allow direct line selection.

OK so there are either two or four jacks on the RCOU card.

Two if it is only an RCOU card or four if there is an RCOS daughterboard plugged into the RCOU motherboard.

The jack on the bottom (on the motherboard) would be lines one and two [intercom] # 7001 and [intercom] # 7002. The higher up jack on the motherboard would be [intercom] # 7003 and [intercom] # 7004.

The bottom ports on the plug in daughter board would be [intercom] # 7005 and [intercom] # 7006 and the top ports on the plug in daughter board would be [intercom] # 7007 and [intercom] # 7008 assuming that there in fact is a plug in daughterboard installed to give you 8 lines and not just four on an RCOU.

Look and see which port the paging is going into, it could be line one but more likely some other port.

Welp, gentlemen. I got lucky!

laugh

I just happen to find a scrap of paper with the paging code on it and lo and behold it works.

#8#8 and then 001#0

After dialing 001 the display on the phone changes to "PAGING INTERFACE". As a test, I went into 300 Trunk Assignment and changed 09 Trunk Name to just "PAGING" and the display reflected the change.

Even though the problem is resolved, where in the heck is the sequence of 001#0 stored at? With the correct values in hand I thought it would be easy to locate the variable inside of eManager but it has been elusive.

Any thoughts as to where it can be found? As always, Thanks!

The 001 is the trunk number. The #0 is the code the Bogen uses.
