Ext: 200 on my system currently displays CF All Call 200-230, however there is no Call Forward activated on this extension at all. Nor is there one on Ext: 230. I've even logged into My Phone Manager for Ext: 200 and checked to see if there was anything activated in there. I have no idea why it still displays this info, but its driving me crazy! Haha. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do [Intercom] # 603 [Spkr] and it should go away.

For the CIX, INT+#6051 is the cancel code.

Yup, the code was #6051 for cancelling. However, even after doing that, the phone is still displaying CF-All 200-230. Its not forwarding anywhere, but it still displays it.

If the phone has multiple intercom keys, try pressing those other keys and re-entering the code.

Or try #6053 if Newtecky's suggestion doesn't work.

On the key section of station assignments see if there is a secondary button on 200 for 230.

If so then at 200 press that button then #6051 [speaker]

Sorry about the wrong code before I had just been working on a 424i and the call forward cancel was stuck in my head.

Getting old is not all it is cracked up to be, thank goodness I am not a lawyer or a doctor.
