Star Plus CIDI 1480-00. Caller ID is displaying name of caller. Need it to display the #. The dip switches S2 are set:
1-on 2-off 3-on 4-off 5-on 6,7,8 off. Is there a setting either on the interface or in programming the DHS to allow this. The soft button did not work. Tested the CO line in front of system the name and # are displayed.

Not sure about Starplus, but I have used INFINITE and TRIAD. There is a setting on Flash 56 Button 2 to change from either number or name in display for ICLID.
