The system is sending ALL calls to the Dispatch (voice mail) after the call is disconnected, the open line is recalled to the operator X100 and X110. Display reads "Call from station 149"(voice mail) The ring back continues until the operator picks-up and hang up the call. (No one is on the line) I've looked a perset call forward setting (NONE). and Loop Supervision changed it from 0 to 4. Any help or ideas?

The Vodavi 4896 has a VM disconnect table in 'flash 37'. I'm not sure about the 4096.
