I have two lines on a Vodavi Starplus Triad with a Digital Dispatch 4 port VM. However, It will only take one call at a time, and it just lets the other one keep ringing. All four port lights on the side of the voicemail are steadily lit. I checked the programming on the phones, and all 4 port extentions are entered. All CO lines are setup to run "menu 100" on the voicemail. I call each VM port seperately from an extention, and they all answer properly, but it is only taking 1 outside call at a time. I'm confused! help!

Sounds like you don't have them in a circular hunt group. Did you put a single line phone on the ports after programming and activate No Answer/Busy to the VMS ports, so they will roll to from 1 - 4 then back to 1.
Added: I took your other two post's out, you don't need to post it in three different categories, this is where it should be

Did you go into flash 65 and define the ports as voicemail? If they are not defined, they will not hunt.
I am pretty sure flash 65 is used with the Starplus as well. You also need to define the inband signaling.
Tip and ring, the work of the devil!

OK, I entered Hunt Group Programming (Flash 30) and created a circular hunt group. However, it is still not working. I don't understand what you mean by plugging a single line phone into a port, one of the voicemail ports, and what would I do from there? Thanks for any help you can provide.

Have you defined the ports as voice mail ports? When you program in flash 30, you are generally programming for acd/ucd hunt groups, not voice mail hunt groups. Voice mail hunt groups use group 440 by default.
