I have a customer with a dead Triad KSU, Part # 5000-00. Is this unit still in production?
We do a lot of Vodavi, but not the Triad.

The 5000 was the old Triad-S, which was, in basic form a 3x8 KSU. I think this is out of the current line. Triad was one of the lines that required certification. If you're a Vodavi dealer, call them. If you need, I'll find out for you. There may be some alternative sources for a KSU, such as e-bay.

Thanks for the help Bill! We are not Triad dealers. However, I can get one from one of our refurb suppliers.
