We just recently added 2 phones (Starplus STS) to our existing 6 phones. The new phones don't light up when transferring or calling (we cant call the line without dialing # then the transfer number). Is there a way to add the other 2 so I can call them by just pushing the line? Thanks for your time.

If I understand your question, the problem is not with the 2 new phones, but rather on your phone, you don't have a DSS/BLF key for those 2 new phones? If so, you may be able to program those yourself if your installer set those buttons as user programable when the system was originally installed. The procedure can be found in your user book under "Flexible buttons"

1. Press the "speed" key twice
2. Press the button you want to program
3. Dial the extension number XXX, that you want on that key
4.press on/off key

If that doesn't work those keys will need to be made "user programable" in the system programming. Hope this helps.
