3 of our phones answer in handsfree mode when using the intercom, and the rest of the phones are in tone mode. The user guide tells how to override, but that is just for that single call. We would like to make it permanent, so when you call that station it will be in tone mode and not handsfree mode. Any suggestions?

If I understand your question, the solution is simple. Most current Vodavi phones have a slide switch near the front bottom, marked H-P-T (for Handsfree, Privacy, Tone). If you slide the switch to T your problem should be solved.
