I have a xts networked and it keeps going down about every three days. Any ideas on why? I am using a adtran 120 tsu to split the data and voice.

If you dump the slot with the PRI card in CONFIG, are you getting SLIP errors? Actually, any errors?
How are the clock timing switches set on both the machines? One should be up and the other should be down.
Just to be on the safe side, did you place the non used PRI circuits to OOS in Flash 40?
I take it you are using the networking software and PRI cards. The Vodavi should be controling the 24th channel on the PRI.
