I am new to the Vodavi infinite phone user. We have had the system for awhile but I have just taken over the up keep of them. I need to be able to make some of our other phones ring. I have been through the manual many times and I can't seem to find it. I am not sure if anyone can help but I am in great need. I want the other phones in the office to ring when a phone call is coming in.

Molly, with a few minor details that depend on the model and vintage of the Vodavi system you have, most Ring Assignments are done in [Flash] 40. From the programming phone...enter the ADMIN password... -[FLASH] 40, then [HOLD]
--enter the range of lines you want to program:
-DDD-DDD (where DDD-DDD = the co line range you wish to program) -[HOLD] to confirm -DSS button 10 (for Ring Assignments)
...then enter each station number you want to ring as follows... DDDR, (where R = the type of ring)
R values are: 0= no ring (or unassign) 1= Day(D) 2= Night (N) 3= Day/Night 4= Special Only (S) 5= Day/Special (DS) 6= Night/Special (NS) 7= ALL MODES (Day/Night/Special)
To add multiple stations: DDDR [HOLD], DDDR [HOLD], DDDR [HOLD]...etc.
To Delete a single station: DDD+0(zero) [HOLD].
To Delete multiple stations:
DDD0 [HOLD], DDD0 [HOLD]...etc
You can also assign a CO to goto a Voicemail, UCD etc.
You didn't indicate what type of Vodavi you have...so this is the best advice I can offer unless you repost more info.
