ttech Moderator-NEC Joined: Nov 2001 Posts: 1,640 Philadelphia Pa suburbs	Has anyone else had porbles with the INSKIN Vm for the STS. I have moved on to the DS2000 but an old Guy I know sells them and I gt stuck helping with them. The Main greeting does not always play from the beginning and some times it just plays users mail box greetings. It has only been in a day and I have already Re-initialized the inskin VIA the laptop and had all of the users re-set up their mail boxes and it is still acting up. Telecom_Rob Member Joined: Nov 2003 Posts: 44	We have had the same problem. Make sure the software is upgraded to the latest version. (20051) If that does not fix the problem, give tech support a call. They have a place that they can check for problems.
