Went to a new site today, they have starplus dhs, FP3, with mini voice, sw ver 10027, prompts ver 10000. connected via vodavi slt interface. the problems are that when a mailbox user listens to a message and press 2 to save the message is not always saved. when that user reviews saved messages previously saved messages are not all there. also there seems (to them) sometimes a long delay in the mwi indicator being set after a message is left, from 1 to 24 hours. both of these situations are not particular to any one mailbox

While on site I called in several times and left messages in various mailboxes, the mwi worked fine. also could not duplicate the lost message scenario.

Any one run into this before and any thought as to how to correct?
