How can I extend the number of rings on a STS System with V/M so the live operator has time to pick up the call. Now V/M AA picks up on 1 ring. Can I move it up to four or five. Thanks

there is a setting for CO Preset call forward and there is a CO preset call forward timer.

you have to change the timer to about 20 seconds.
