I have a new customer with a XTS system. He wants a new ext on his system. Is this a simple plug in or is there programming required.
Most of my expreience is panosonic.

The answer is definitely "Maybe." Need to know what cards are in the system, how many extensions does customer now have, are the extensions default numbered (100, 101, etc.) or have the extensions been flexed (I have an engineering firm client that has admin in the 100 series, plumbing is 400's, drafting 500's, etc.).
