Problem: Caller ID not showing up on display.
Equipment: Two XTS cabinets Three MISB24 digital cards One MISB12 digital card Five LCOBC with Caller ID unit installed
Eight analog lines ring into 8 port digital Dispatch.
Problem: When Dispatch transfers lines- no Caller ID appears on display.
ü Caller ID tones are present between first and second ring on analog CO line ü Ring delay is set for 7 seconds ü Programming FLASH 56 = [1] On, [2] YES, [3] 9600, [4] (port) 5 Note: All ports 1 to 5 were tried with no success. ü Baud Rate FLASH 15 set to 9600 ü Flex button assigned Code 653 (Caller ID Name/Number)
The FLASH 56 seem to deal with connecting an external ICLID unit. With On board Caller ID on the CO card should button [1] be set to off?

I have had this happen to me b4. the only way i could fix was to reset the cabinets. You might want to re-seat the CID boards.

Have you reset the system since you have done the card slot and ICLID programming?
