Just inherited admin for this phone system. UCD 550 is set up, but would like to add/delete some extensions from it. Tried logging on to the exec phone: flash 60, Page a, then page B. Tried adding an extension, but get error beeps when I hit HOLD. All the extensions showed UCD550 before I made any changes. I think I was in Page A, I fat fingered and entered a "1#", and hit HOLD. Now, no UCD group shows on any of the phones at all. Tried adding extensions in Page B, but will only let me add one. When I add another it either error beeps, or accepts the extension, but deletes the one just entered. I think I am following the manual. Any help would be appreciated.

Flash 60 Button 7
Station plus 1 adds Station Plus 0 deletes
Each time you add hit button 7 to see your list change.

Thanks for the info. Tried it. Button 7 on my exec phone brings up UCD 557: is that what I am supposed to be seeing? Thought I was setting up UCD 550...

Your right the first eight buttons are the group numbers ie 550 thru 557. When you push button one your in group 550. I cannot remember what button exactly you push but you can scroll through the settings until you see primary agents. when you see that enter the sta number followed by a 1 to add or a 0 to delete.
