Just wondering if anyone out there knows if someone makes an adapter cable to connect a headphone or output jack to a 66block for MOH. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just take a cable that will plug into your MOH device, cut off the other end, and punch it to the 66 block.

Right, unfortunately the guage of straded wire running through this cable won't hold the punch. Anyway I guess I could solder it to some clips or find a better cable for this purpose, was just hoping someone actually made an adapter for it.

you can do a couple things 1. cut the cable you have splice it to a piece of cross-connect and punch the cross-connect down 2. buy some phono end that you can solder to(they're are cheap) and solder your cross-connect to the jack and then puch the cross-connect down

ICC (company who makes jacks, faceplates) makes an RCA jack that fits into a faceplate or into a small surface jack (keystone type). The RCA module has a 110 punch down connection on it. These work great for providing a MOH jack for customers.
