I do not work on Vodavi much but I have a manual for the Starplus STS. I was trying to figure out how to have a line that rings to two extensions currently, start to ring at a few more if not answered within a few rings. I know that on the Avaya, you set ringing to that extension for delayed ringing. On the Samsung its called overflow. Any help is appriciated.

I am new to the STS to but I think that what you need is Call Coverage. Have the other stations cover one of the ringing stations and set the call coverage timer to the amount of delay you want. Kerry ------------------ CommSmith \"Forging telephone and data solutions.\"

The STS programming is just about identical to the Mach 1 programming. The only real CO line preset forwarding (delayed ringing) that can be done is to one extension only. You can make this delayed ringing assignment to to an "all ring" hunt group where all phones are in this group so that when the original lines are not answered, they will forward to all of other phones.
The only drawback to this approach is that when phones are put into a hunt group, that's permanently shown on the display which might be an issue.
There are several ways to do what you want, and call coverage buttons are by far the simplest.

From the phone doing the coverage put it on a flexible button. Speed, Speed, flex button 646 + station # of station to cover. 646 rings and 647 will have only a flashing LED. Kerry ------------------ CommSmith \"Forging telephone and data solutions.\"

Thanks Bigkayeh. Ill go back to the site and try that in a few days and then post what happens. So for every station that I want coverage on, I can follow your instructions to have it cover the reception station?
