I'm setting up the CCR trees and the greetings for the inskin and I'm running into a few snags. Basically, I want incoming calls on CO1 to route to the auto attendant and calls on all other lines to ring through as normal.
I have the ring assignment for CO1 set to VM group 441 (goes to VM port 1) and greetings 01 and 02 for Day/Night mode. I figured I would use Port 1 for incoming calls and the remaining ports for internal VM access. I'm pretty sure this isnt the correct way.
Also, when dialing into the auto attendant on CO1, I only want greeting 01 played. I'm unable to prevent the VM system from playing the "if you have a mailbox on this system" message.
thanks

In flash 30, you will see that by default, all voice mail ports are in hunt group 450. They are also in flash 65 as voice mail ports. Simply remove the first port from both of these groups and program the first CO line to ring directly to the first port on the in-skin (I believe it's ext. 150). Leave the remaining seven ports in hunt group 450 and voice mail group 440. You may want to use CO line preset forwarding to ring hunt group 450 after a certain amount of time to catch calls on the other lines if they aren't answered, like after hours, etc.

Thanks.
I've got VM ports 109-115 in H450 and VM port 108 in H451.
CO1 rings to H451 which goes to AutoAtt. All other CO lines have direct station ring assignments with NoAnswer/Busy forwarding (Should I forward to H450 or 440?).
On the Daytime CCR menu (1) I want callers to have only the option of pressing 2 or 3. If 2 is pressed, I want to ring station 105. If the user at station 5 is unavailable I want to send it to voicemail...but not the voicemail box of station 105.
Basically, the person at station 105 will be answering their office line and voicemail as normal...but when a call comes in on CO1, I want it to hit the autoAtt and then station 105 but if they don't pick up I want it to go to a general mailbox rather than that persons.
