One of our phones has an "OUT OF OFFICE" message on the display. All calls go directly to Voice Mail. Do not Disturb is not activated, and I have checked direct transfer in voice mail - seems ok. Any ideas?

At that phone, without lifting the handset, dial 633 then 00 to clear the message display and cancel do not disturb. You will hear a confirmation tone and the phone will be back to normal.

Hello! I had this same problem with one of my customers. You need to dial 644 without lifting the handset. When I spoke to Vodavi, they indicated this a future feature.

I agree with phone man, you need to dial 644 to remove this, at first when we ran into this a reset was the only thing that could fix it
