We have the STS system w/ Flash VM and would like to have a general mailbox along with individual mailboxes. I have that somewhat setup but the one thing I want to add is that certain phones can be programed so that there is a button that will light when that general mailbox has mail plus the button for that stations vm.

from the phone you want the button on do:
Speed
Speed
Hit the button you want programmed
Dial 460
Dial the general mailbox number
you get confirmation tone.
