i am glad it went good for you. on your lap top make sure your baud rate is 115200 it will not work on any lower baud.

What? 115K? It's 9600, no parity, 8 data bits and 1 stop bit. Where did you hear about 115K? We have 200+ of these systems installed and have never had to use anything over 9600, in fact, that's the only speed that the KSU/VM modem will communicate with.
