Any body having issues with the outdial to a pager on the inskin flash vm? I talked to support and they said that there was an issue in software 20051 but none known for 20052 which is what i'm running. If i turn a trace on the port actually picks up and dials the 9 for outside line and then double dials the digits for the phone number!! Let me know if any of you have seen this before.

Never seen that one before. I just set one up here in my lab on a ver. 20052 and it works fine.

Yes, we did encounter that about a year ago. It would show up on a Q-trace, but nothing ever dialed out. All we did was to reprogram the outdial numbers in the in-skin and it worked fine. We never did figure out why it happened, but it was V20052.

This is why I am a firm believer in the system initialization command in the main menu. Since we have been doing that on every new install, we haven't had a single problem since in at least the past 50 installations.

ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS initialized the card before installing it.

Try deleting the mailbox and re-adding it, that should clear it up.
