Have you uploaded the STSe patch that is on Vodavi's FTP site? I'm not sure if that one of the things it corrects, but it might be worth a shot.

OK that is a recognized software bug from Vodavi on the STSe not on the VM systems as it is a problem with any of the three types: HDD Inskin, Flash Inskin and Digital Dispatch (and I will assume Pathfinder as well but I am not certain.)
The work around is to actually put something in the Call Forward Destination, instead of ####, and then put the timer out to 99 seconds and it will follow that. Just put a safe place for the call to go if someone actually stays on the line that long like back to 450 or to the attendant.
