We recently installed caller ID on a Triad 3 and installed the Discovery link software and CTI module at a 24 button key phone and can't get it to work.
The instructions says to dial 648 at the phone and press the * button to select SPI but the phone system does not give me the SPI choice.
The system is using feature package 2
Please help :confused: :shrug:

Vodavi Tech Support says Wont work in FP-2
need at least FP-3
