We're having trouble making International calls through Qwest. We have a XTS that has networking and we are dialing out on a PRI through LCR if we leave 011 in Qwest see's the setup message flaged as an international call but doesn't what the 011, if we take 011 out Qwest see's the setup message flaged as a national call and we get intercept message call can't be completed as dialed. The PRI card is programmed as NI2, don't know if that has any thing to do with problem Vodavi tech support brought that up as something to look at. Has anyone had this problem

No, I have not had that specific problem but I have encountered different carriers wanting or not wanting the 011 included. We just set it for the opposite of whatever it is in flash 45 and that's usually all it takes. Does it make a difference if you direct select a trunk and dial instead of going through LCR? That's usually where we make our mistakes.

I just had the same problem last week. Go to Flash 45, page A, button 9. Disable 011 from being sent. The problem is that the XTS is classifying the call as 'international' and sending 011. Some CO switches don't like the redundency...
