I took the recommedations and purchased a Vodavi DHD-4 (part #203-04) for the 96EX. I am attempting to configure the VM at home. I was able to connect to the system using hyperterminal 9600,8,N,1 and can see the configurations on startup, but cannot type any commands at the prompt. I tried the flow control at hardware, none and Xon/Xoff. Do I have something set incorrectly?

The person I got the DHD-4 from did not have the Admin software and have been waiting for Vodavi to add me to their site. Does anyone have available or know where else I can download?

Thank you

You can buy it from any supplier that sells Vodavi, like Graybar or Target. The part number is 231-00. You really can't program it using Hyperterminal unless you are very good with DOS.
