Wondering if anyone has used the Hot Desking feature that I believe is now available on the XTS. I have a customer looking to have his sales agents share space and wants them to be able to sit anywhere and just log into their phone to reflect their DID # and voicemail status. If the XTS can do it then it will probably be less expensive than the other product lines I have access to that can.

We have not used the formal "hot desk" feature, however, we have been using the 636 feature (same thing) for years. It works fine. I think that it's just a new name for an existing feature.
